Cajun Crab Dip

2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (16 oz.) container of sour cream
1 bunch of green onions, chopped
1 (1 lb.) pkg. of imitation crab meat
cayenne pepper to taste
Recipe
Blend cream cheese and sour cream in a mixing bowl. Add chopped green onions and crab meat; mix well. Sprinkle in a few shakes of cayenne pepper, mix well. Taste. Add more cayenne pepper if you like it spicy.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Lightly sprinkle top with cayenne pepper or paprika (for color) before serving.
Serve with Wheat Thins (dip is thick, therefore most other crackers just can't handle the job).
