    Cool Cucumber Dip for Fresh Veggies

    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded, and chopped
    1 garlic clove, pressed
    1 T. minced fresh dill weed
    Salt and pepper, to taste
    Assorted fresh veggies

    Recipe



    In medium bowl, combine sour cream and mayo. Stir in cucumber, garlic, and dill. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with fresh veggies.

    Yield = 1 cup
