1 (10-oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
1 envelope vegetable soup mix
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
One 8-oz. pkg. imitation crabmeat, chopped
One 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mango chutney
1/8 tsp. each garlic powder, onion powder
12 flour tortillas (8") Recipe
In a mixing bowl, combine squeezed spinach, soup mix, mayonnaise and sour cream. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. In another bowl, combine the crab, cream cheese, chopped chutney, garlic and onion powder. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
Spread spinach mixture on 6 tortillas. Spread crab mixture on remaining tortillas. Place one crab tortilla over each spinach tortilla. Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 1 hour. Unwrap and slice each roll into seven spiral pieces.
Yield: 7 dozen
