HOT CHEESE AND MUSHROOM SPECIAL

4 slices bacon
1 Tbsp. bacon grease
1 small chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1 Tbsp. margarine
2 1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
2 Tbsp. flour
dash pepper
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. soya sauce
1 tsp. worchestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 cup sour creamRecipe
Cook bacon, cool and crumble. In bacon grease and margarine saute onion and garlic. Add mushrooms, cook until liquid is evaporated. Add flour, pepper, cream cheese, soya sauce, worchestershire sauce and mustard. Stir until cream cheese is melted. Remove from heat and add sour cream and bacon.
Pour into casserole dish. Can be made ahead and refrigerated at this point.
Bake at 350° for 25 - 30 minutes. Serve with French bread cubes or crackers.
