Hot Mushroom Dip

1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, (stems and pieces OK) drained
1 pint sour cream
1 envelope (I use about 1/2) Lipton onion soup mix, dry
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
Recipe
Mix the mushrooms, sour cream and dry soup mix together. Put into a greased casserole and top with the cheddar.
Bake at 350ºF for about 20 minutes, until bubbly and hot.
You can do this in the microwave,too. (Start at 5 minutes, and watch from there.)
Serve with good crackers...keep a spoon handy, as it helps to load up your cracker!
