List of Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons chicken-flavored instant bouillon
1/8-teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 package (10 oz.) frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
Melba toast roundsRecipe
In medium-sized saucepan, combine cream cheese, milk, butter, bouillon and nutmeg. Mix well and cook over low heat, stirring until thickened, about 10 min.
Stir in spinach and heat through. Remove from heat and add lemon juice.
Serve hot in a chafing dish along with Melba toast.
