    Japanese Chicken Wings

    List of Ingredients

    3 pounds chicken wings (drumettes)
    1 beaten egg
    1 cup flour
    1 cup butter

    Dip wings in slightly beaten eggs, then in flour. Fry in butter until deep brown and crispy. Put in shallow roast pan and pour sauce over chicken.

    Sauce:
    3 tablespoons soy sauce
    3 tablespoons water
    1 cup sugar (scant)
    1/2 cup vinegar
    1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

    Recipe

    Bake in 350ºF oven until done. Peridocally baste with the sauce during cooking time.
