Kalamata Olive Spread/Dip

3/4 C. whole pitted Kalamata olives (drained)
2 oz. cream cheese - softened
1/2 C. mayonaise (real)
1/2 C. sour cream
Recipe
Blend all but the olives in food processor until smooth, then add the olives and blend until chopped and dispersed. Don't blend them to nothing...be sure there are pieces around.

2 serving ideas: (be creative, there are many more ideas)
*Use as a dip. put in a nice french white bread shaped like a bowl and hollowed out with the dip inside and the chunks of bread all around.
*use as a sandwich spread. Really gives a nice boost to just plain turkey sandwiches. GREAT on wraps! especially vegetarian wraps.
