    1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    2 (8 oz.) pkgs. brown and serve sausages
    1/3 c. water
    1 large green pepper, chunked in 3/4-inch squares
    4 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. maple syrup
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. maraschino cherries, drained

    Recipe



    Drain pineapple, reserving syrup. Cut sausage in thirds and brown in skillet. Blend cornstarch, salt, pineapple syrup, water, vinegar and maple syrup. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.

    Add pineapple, sausage, pepper and cherries. Cook 5 minutes.

    Keep warm in chafing dish. Serve with fancy picks handy.
