    PHILLY CHEESY CHILI DIP

    1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 can (15 oz.) chili (I used Wolf’s Brand no bean chili)
    1 c. finely shredded mild cheddar cheese
    2. T. chives



    Recipe



    Put chili in a microwave safe dish and heat up 1 minute, stir and heat for another minute. Sit aside.

    Spread cream cheese onto bottom of a microwaveable pie plate; top with chili and cheese.

    Microwave on high for 1 minute. Then turn it, if you don’t have a turn table and heat for another 1 more minute. Sprinkle on chives.

    Serve with crackers or chips.

    Makes 3 cups or 24 servings, 2 T. each
