    Pineapple Cream Cheese Spread

    8 oz cream cheese softened
    8 oz can of crushed pineapple, drained, reserving juice

    Recipe



    Bring cream cheese to room temp, add enough pineapple juice to make it spreadable. Add the crushed pineapple.

    Spread on bread with crusts removed for nice party sandwiches. Cut sandwich into shapes.
