    Red Lobster Scallop Appetizer

    1 1/2 lbs sea scallops
    1/3 to 1/4 lb. bacon
    2/3 c. butter (melted)
    1/4 c White wine
    1 Tbl. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. seasoned salt

    Recipe



    Cut bacon in half and cut halves length wise. Wrap bacon around scallops and secure with a toothpick.

    Mix white wine and lemon juice, pour mixture over the scallops, place in refigerator and marinate for 1/2 hour.

    Place scallops in a shallow baking dish and pour melted butter over scallops and spinkle with paprika and seasoned salt.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Check scallops after 15 minutes, oven may be placed on broil for a few minutes until the bacon is crispy. Serve immediately.
