SPINACH SOUFFLE' STUFFED MUSHROOM CAPS

12 oz. package Stouffer's spinach souffle'
1 cup lightly toasted bread crumbs
1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
24 large mushrooms
1 Tablespoon melted butter
1 1/2 Tablespoons grated parmesan cheeseRecipe
Bake the spinach souffle', uncovered, at 350ºF for 15-18 minutes, or until slightly warmed-it will be cooked further later in the recipe.
Mix together the spinach souffle', bread crumbs, onion flakes, salt and lemon juice. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and use them in another recipe. Place the mushroom caps, bottom side up, and brush them with the melted butter. Spoon the spinach mixture evenly into the mushroom caps; sprinkle with the grated parmesan cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 350ºF for 15 minutes. Eat and enjoy!!!
