Makes 2 cups
List of Ingredients
1- 8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/4 cup milk
2 cups (8 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese

2 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
1 T. chopped green onion

2 T. grated Parmesan cheese
1 T. chopped parsley
1 T. milk
* * * * * *
1 T. finely chopped carrot
1 T. finely chopped celery
1 T. finely chopped green pepper
1 tsp. finely chopped onion
Recipe
Combine softened cream cheese with milk, mixing until well blended. Add cheddar; mix well. Divide mixture into 3 portions, 2/3 cup each.
To one portion add bacon & green onion. To second portion add Parmesan, parsley & milk. To remaining mixture add carrot, celery, green pepper, & onion.
Note: I have a divided dish I make three balls and surround them with veggies, crackers etc - sometimes I do a layered version roll them into three logs and roll them up.
