Peach of the Old South BBQ Sauce

Recipe Introduction
This sauce is for ribs, chicken,& shrimp. Because of the sugar content I would wait to baste it on your meat towards the end of the cooking time.
List of Ingredients
1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes with puree
1/2 cup chunky peach preserves
1/2 cup dijon mustard
1/2 cup Southern Comfort
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 Tbs hot sauce
1 tsp saltRecipe
Place all ingredients in sauce pan over medium heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, partially cover the pan and simmer stirring occasionally for 35 minutes or until reduced to 4 cups. Cool to room temperature. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one month.
