Cake Mix Cookie Bars

List of Ingredients




1 Yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 c. oil
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 1/2 c. oatmeal (I use old-fashioned)
3/4 c. caramel sundae topping
1/2 c. milk chocolate chips (optional)

Recipe



Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit. Mix all ingredients except caramel. Press 3/4 mixture into a 9x13 pan. Drizzle caramel over top. Crumble remaining cookie dough over top. Sprinkle with milk chocolate chips if desired. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
