    Brown Sugar Muffins

    1/2 cup butter
    1 egg
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 cup chopped pecans
    1 cup brown sugar
    2 cups flour
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 cup milk
    Raisins[optional]

    Recipe

    Cream butter and brown sugar together. Add egg and mix well. Add other ingredients.

    Bake at 375º in greased muffin pan for 15 min.
