1 pkg. Stouffers Lobster Newburg
10 oz. pkg. refrigerated butterflake rolls
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. Swiss or cheddar cheese, grated

Recipe



Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine thawed lobster with beaten egg, breaking lobster into small pieces. Grease mini muffin tin. Separate each dinner roll in half and press into cups to make shell. Spoon in lobster mixture. Top with cheese and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
