3 eggs, beaten
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup melted butter (not oleo)
1/2 cup self rising flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans


Recipe

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Spoon into lightly greased or paper-lined muffin tins. Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes - 20 minutes for mini muffins or 25 minutes for regular muffins. Makes 1 dozen regular size muffins. Freeze well.
