    1 egg (beaten)
    1/4 cup milk
    1 cup sour cream
    2 Tbsp margarine, melted
    1 cup flour
    3/4 cup cornmeal
    1 tsp baking soda
    2 tsps cream of tartar
    1/3 cup sugar
    3/4 tsp salt

    Recipe



    Have oven and greased 8x8 pan ready before mixing ingredients together.

    Mix together first four ingredients in separate bowl.

    Mix remaining ingredients.

    Mix egg mixture with flour mixture ONLY until moist and pour into pan IMMEDIATELY!

    Bake 425ºF for 20 mins.
