    Almond Amaretto Loaf

    1 cup milk
    1 large egg
    2 Tbsp butter
    1/4 cup amaretto
    1 tsp lemon juice
    3 cups bread flour
    1/2 cup chopped almond, toasted
    1/4 cup sugar
    2 tsp bread machine Yeast

    Amaretto glaze:
    1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
    2 Tbsp amaretto liqueur
    2 Tbsp milk

    Recipe



    Add ingredients to bread machine pan in order suggested by manufacturer, adding almonds with flour. Remove bread from pan, cool on rack. Drizzle with amaretto glaze.

    Amaretto Glaze mixture: Combine powdered sugar, amaretto liqueur and milk. Mix all together until smooth.
