    DID YOU KNOW?
Pumpkin seeds are also known as pepitas (pronounced puh-PEE-tahs) and are a popular ingredient in Mexican cooking. After the white hull is removed, the medium-dark green seed is enjoyed for its delicate flavor. Look for pumpkin seeds in larger supermarkets or natural foods stores.
