Holiday Cherry Pistachio Bread

List of Ingredients




1 box Yellow cake mix
1 box ( 4 oz.) Instant Pistachio Pudding
4 eggs
1/4 c Vegetable oil
1/4 c water
1 c Maraschino cherries, drained and finely chopped
1 c sour cream
1/2 c chopped nuts ( I use pistachios)

Recipe



Combine all ingredients and mix with spoon. Grease 2 standard loaf pans. Divide dough and place in pans: Mix 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon to taste. Sprinkle over dough.

Bake at 350ºF for 50-55 minutes. Cool and wrap in foil. Best if made a couple of days ahead.

May use smaller pans for gift giving:(I use 4 mini bread pans) check after 30-35 minutes.
