CINNAMON TOAST COFFEE CAKE

List of Ingredients




2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsps baking powder
1 cup milk
6 Tblsps (3/4 stick) butter OR margarine, melted
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
3 tsps ground cinnamon

Recipe



Heat oven to 325ºF. Grease 13" X 9" rectangular baking pan.

Into bowl, sift together flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder & salt; blend in milk, 2 tblsps margarine/butter & vanilla; mix well. Turn into prepared rectangular baking pan.

Bake in preheated 325ºF oven 15-20 mins until golden brown. Drizzle remaining 4 tblsps melted margarine/butter over top.

Mix remaining 1/2 cup sugar with cinnamon; sprinkle over cake. Bake 10 mins longer.
