Make Ahead Breakfast Casserole

List of Ingredients
1 pound bulk sausage
10 cups fresh bread cubes
10 oz. chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
4 oz. canned or jarred mushrooms, drained
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
6 eggs, beaten
3 cups milk
1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp dry mustard
2 tsp dried basil
1 tsp salt
Recipe
Brown sausage; drain. Add bread cubes, broccoli, mushrooms and cheese; mix lightly.
Spoon into greased 13 x 9 baking dish.
Pour combined eggs, milk, mayonnaise, flour and seasonings over bread mixture; cover.
Refrigerate 1 hour or overnight. Heat oven to 375ºF. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour.

My notes: I think I will use fresh broccoli and fresh mushrooms...maybe saute them in a little butter or margarine first.
