1/2 lb. sausage
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup shredded onion
2-3 T flour
3 T margarine
2 cups milk
salt and pepper to taste

Hot biscuits

Recipe



Cook sausage in fry pan. Add cayenne pepper, onions let cook a little more. Stir in margarine stir till melted, add flour mix well. Add milk, stirring constantly, heat to low boil, keep stirring and then reduce heat to low. Let cook for a bit, add salt and pepper to taste and serve over biscuits.
