1 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 cups apples, peeled and chopped
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup butterscotch morsels

Recipe



Beat together oil, eggs and sugar. Sift together next five ingredients. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with apples to egg mixture; mix well. Stir in pecans and half of morsels. Spread batter in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with remaining morsels. Bake at 350ºF for one hour.
