1 (3.5 oz.) box cook-and-serve butterscotch pudding
2 C. milk
1 (18.25 oz.) box yellow cake mix
1 (11 oz.) pkg. butterscotch baking chips
1/2 C. chopped pecans or walnuts
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
In a large saucepan, combine pudding mix and milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat; stir in dry cake mix. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle with butterscotch chips and nuts. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
Yield: 12 to 16 servings
