    1 pkg. lemon cake mix and ingredients according to box instructions
    1 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
    1/4 cup concentrated lemon juice
    1 cup powdered sugar

    Recipe



    Follow directions on box of lemon cake mix. Stir in lemon pudding mix before baking. Bake according to oven temp. directions on box.

    Remove from oven and mix lemon juice and powdered sugar together. Poke holes in cake and pour juice and powderd sugar mixture over cake. Cake will absorb the mixture.

    Use a chop stick to poke the holes and either sprinkle powdered sugar over the top or frost with a simple butter cream icing.
