PISTACHIO CAKE & ICING

CAKE
1 box white cake mix
1 box (4 serving size) instant pistachio pudding (dry)
1 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 cup ginger ale
1/2 cup chopped walnuts



Recipe



Mix all ingredients together with electric mixer. Pour into 13” x 9” sheet cake pan. Bake at 350F for 35 to 40 minutes. Allow to cool and frost.

ICING
2 envelopes Dream Whip*
1 box (4 serving size) instant pistachio pudding (dry)
1 1/4 cups cold milk

Beat until smooth. Spread over cake & sprinkle with coconut and additional chopped walnuts. Keep frosted cake in refrigerator.

*Dream Whip is a powder that you add milk, whip and get a "cool whip" type topping. Usually found near the pudding mixes.
