Pecan Pie Cake

1 yellow cake mix
1 egg
1/2 c melted butter
1-1/2 c light corn syrup
3 eggs
1/2 c dark brown sugar, packed
1 tsp vanilla
1 to 2 c chopped pecans

Recipe



Mix cake mix, 1 egg, & melted butter until well blended. Reserve 2/3 cup of this batter.

Spread the rest into a greased & floured 9 x 13" pan and bake at 325ºF for 15 mins. or until slightly browned.

Mix reserved batter with syrup, 3 eggs, brown sugar, vanilla & pecans. Pour this on top of crust & cook about 50-60 mins.
