    List of Ingredients




    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. plain flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 eggs
    1 t. vanilla
    1 t. baking soda
    1 t. vinegar
    1 t. cocoa
    2 (1 oz.) bottles red food coloring

    Recipe



    Mix well and turn into 3 greased and floured 8" pans. Bake at 350ºF. for 30 mins. Cool and frost.

    Frosting:

    1 stick margarine
    1 lb. box powdered sugar
    1 t. vanilla
    8 oz. cream cheese

    Mix until of right consistency and spread on cake; enough for 3 layer cake.
