1 package yellow cake mix
1 cup sour cream
1 package lemon instant pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Recipe



Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour or spray a 9x13 glass baking dish. Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat on low speed until moistened. Then beat on medium speed for 3 minutes or until thoroughly mixed. Pour into prepared pan and bake 40 minutes. Serve warm. This is the perfect cake for unexpected company and is a special treat that's quick and easy. Serves 10 to 12.
