List of Ingredients




5 eggs, eaten
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 lb. butter
2 T. vanilla flavoring
2 T. lemon flavoring
1 lb. candied pineapple, chopped
1 lb. candies cherries, whole
4 c. pecans, whole

Recipe



Use all the flour and toss with the fruit. Cream butter and sugar. Add beaten eggs and flavorings. Combine with floured fruit and nuts. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan or 2 loaf pans. Bake at 300º until done, about 1 1/2 hours or until it shrinks from pan.
