    1 1/2 can sliced peaches, drained
    1/3 can water
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
    1 can refrigerator biscuits
    4 Tablespoons melted butter or margarine
    1/4 cup sugar
    cinnamon
    cream for serving

    Recipe



    Drain peaches. Measure water in empty can and add to drained peaches. Add 1 cup of sugar and lemon juice, then pour all ingredients into large skillet. Place refrigerator biscuits over peaches; brush with melted butter/margarine. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes. Serve warm with cream. Apricots, canned cherries or pineapple may also be used.
