2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 Tablespoons butter or margarine
4 or 5 slices bread
Recipe
Beat eggs until blended; mix in milk and salt and pour mixture into a shallow dish. Melt butter or margarine in large skillet. Dip bread into egg mixture and cook in hot butter/margarine. Turn to brown on both sides. Serve with warm syrup or powdered sugar.
