mini phylo tarts
dark choclolate peanut butter cups
rainbow sprinkles

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place mini phylo tarts on a cookie sheet. Remove foil and paper "cup" from dark choclolate pb cups. Place one in each tart. Bake 5 minutes. Remove from oven and, using a tiny spoon, smooth out the chocolate. I sprinkled them with rainbow sprinkles. Fantastic and SO easy. Today, I'm going to try the chocolate mint pieces I found in the baking aisle and some dark chocolate kisses.
