1 pound powdered sugar
2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup butter -- melted
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
TOPPING:
12 ounces chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter, melted
Recipe
Mix all together and mash in a 9x13 pan. Melt one bag of chocolate chips with 1/2 cup butter (in microwave, stirring every 30 seconds for one and half minutes); spread over peanut butter. Refrigerate until chocolate begins to firm up, then cut into pieces. Ok to keep it at room temperature.
