    1 cup brown sugar
    1 cup granulated sugar
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    1 tsp. Vanilla
    2 c. pecans
    2 Tblsp. Butter

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients (except pecans and butter) and cook till a candy thermometer reaches 238ºF. Add pecans and butter.

    Stir fast and drop on waxed paper quickly because they set so fast!
