1 cup evaporated milk
1 T. margarine
1 1/2 cups sugar
16 marshmallows -- cut in half
1 package chocolate chips -- 12oz.
1 cup walnuts are optional
1 t. vanilla



Recipe

Combine milk -- margarine, sugar, and marshmallows in a 2 quart microwave bowl. Cook on HIGH 3 to 4 minutes, or until mixture boils, then stir. Reduce power to 60% and microwave another 3 to 4 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, beat smooth. Pour into buttered 8" x 8" glass dish. Cool overnight in refrigerator. Cut into 1" squares.
