    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. confectioners' sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/4 t. salt
    1/4 c. milk
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 t. vanilla

    Recipe



    Combine sugar, cocoa and salt in 8 cup microwave safe measuring cup and mix. Pour milk evenly over top of sugar mixture. Stand stick of butter in the middle of sugar. Microwave 2 mins. on HIGH. Stir until smooth. Add nuts and vanilla and mix well.

    Line 8" square pan with plastic wrap for ease of removal and cutting.

    Pour fudge into pan. Chill until firm. Remove plastic wrap and fudge from pan and cut into squares.

    Makes 36 pieces.
