Nana’s Festive Fudge (T&T)

List of Ingredients




2 cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 stick of margarine
120 miniature marshmallows
6 oz sweet chocolate morsels
1 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp vanilla


Recipe



Mix ingredients above in a 2 quart saucepan over medium heat. Add a few grains of salt. Stir constantly to a boil (mixture will be bubbling). Continue to boil and stir constantly 5 more minutes. Take off heat. Stir in morsels until completely melted. Add chopped pecans and vanilla. Spread in a buttered 8” square pan. Cool and cut in small squares.

Variations: Peanut Butter morsels (Reese’s), Butterscotch morsels
