    PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE

    13 oz. Kraft Marshmallow Crème
    2 cup peanut butter
    3 cups sugar
    1 1/2 cups evaporated milk (1 tall 12 ounce can)
    2 teaspoon vanilla

    Recipe



    Place marshmallow cream, peanut butter, and vanilla in large bowl. I just spray a 9 x13 inch Pyrex lightly with cooking spray, and put the marshmallow cream, peanut butter, and vanilla right in this and mix it together (experience has taught it is easier that way).

    Cook sugar and evap. milk together until it forms a soft ball (230-232 degrees on a candy thermometer).

    Remove from fire. Pour into marshmallow cream, peanut butter, and vanilla mixture (don’t scrape the sugar crystals from the sides of the pan).

    Mix together well until creamy. Let cool.

    NOTE: This candy cuts better if allowed to stand overnight ...if you can wait that long!!
