1 (16 oz) jar crunchy peanut butter
2 sticks margarine or butter
1 box confectioners sugar (3 3/4 c.)




Recipe

In heavy saucepan over low heat melt the two sticks of butter.

Add the entire jar of peanut butter and stir until smooth. Sift confectioners sugar and slowly add to melted mixture until smooth.

Pour into ungreased 13X9 pan and allow to cool before cutting into pieces.

This make about three pounds of fudge and great to share with your neighbors for the holidays or anytime.
