    White Chocolate Haystacks

    12 oz. white chocolate, coarsley chopped
    1/2 cup salted spanish peanuts
    1 1/2 cups thin pretzel sticks, broken into small pieces

    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Melt the white chocolate. {Watch carefully, white chocolate burns very easily.}

    Then add the peanuts and the pretzels, stir till well coated.

    Spoon by the Tbs. if possible onto the parchment paper. If the mixture is a little soft allow to harden slightly before forming into little hay stacks.

    Store in an air tight container in the fridge for several weeks.
