1 pint scallops
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
2/3 cup milk or cream
1 cup cracker crumbs(Ritz)
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
Melt butter, add all crumbs. Put a layer of scallops in a buttered baking dish and cover with 1/2 of crumb mixture. Add 1/2 of milk, seasoning and repeat layers. Bake 25 mins. at 350ºF. Serves: 2
