3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
6 Tbls. (heaping) flour
2 c. cottage cheese (small curd)
1 med. onion, chopped
6 eggs, beaten
6 Tbls. margarine, melted
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and blotted dry

Recipe



Combine cheddar, mozzarella and cottage cheeses. Add flour. Saute' onion in the microwave. Add to the cheeses. Add eggs, margarine and spinach and mix well. Pour into a 9" x 13" baking pan. Bake at 350ºF for 60 to 80 minutes.

Serves 20.
