    CORDON BLEU CASSEROLE (T&T)

    I've taken this to pot-luck dinners and everyone loves it!!! Thanks, Tammy!!

    List of Ingredients

    4 c. cubed cooked chicken or turkey
    3 c. cubed fully cooked ham
    3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 to 1 1/2 T. lemon juice

    Topping
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    3 T. melted butter

    Recipe

    In a large bowl, combine chicken (or turkey), ham and cheeses; set aside.

    In a saucepan, saute onion in butter until tender. Add soup, stirring constantly. Heat through, but do not boil. Add sour cream and lemon juice; mix well. Remove from heat and pour over meat mixture.

    Spoon into a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Toss bread crumbs with butter. Sprinkle over the casserole.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350º for 30 mins. or until heated through and bread crumbs are golden brown.
