    1 can cream style corn
    1 can whole kernel corn (do not drain)*
    1 (8.5 oz) Jiffy corn muffin mix
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 T chopped onion
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 cup sour cream

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake approximately 1 hour at 350°F or until top is lightly browned.

    *If you drain it makes the casserole more like a baked bread, undrained it is more like spoon bread.
