    List of Ingredients




    3 cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey
    2 cups diced celery
    1/2 cup grated American cheese
    1/4 cup grated Swiss cheese
    1/3 cup slivered almonds
    3/4 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoons onion juice
    2 teaspoons lemon juice
    2 cups crushed potato chips

    Recipe



    PREHEAT OVEN to 400°F.

    Grease a 13x9-inch or equivalent casserole dish or glass cake pan.

    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except potato chips. Fill pan with chicken mixture.

    Sprinkle mixture with potato chips.

    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Serves 6 to 8.
